Dedicated Storage
So, striders can't link up with the SS dedicated and luckily on my friends server I made basic dedicated boxes before I got to try a strider out and have loved gathering., My friend did a server restart due to an update and all of my dedicated storages turned into the SS ones and my strider can no longer transfer any of my mats. Can anyone help?

Would the resource amounts changing also be related to this? I had nearly 100k stone in my vanilla storage but i went to place about 1k in manually and my total got reset to 1k is that from the item limits being higher or?

same also just happened with wood, had about 27k saved from fathering the past 2 days off and on and it just got reset to 11...

Vanilla dedicated storages were recently completely changed in how they store/record the information you transfer into them. There are fewer similarities between the two versions of the dedi and so during the conversion... What happens to your resources is anyones guess.

From what you're saying, sounds like its deleted the storage during conversion.

It sounds like it, which sucks, I'll have to screenshot my inventory and ask my server admin if they'll replace resources lost due to it =\…if add anything to any other boxes it'll get wiped, paste, pearls, metal, etc . 😬

They are best advised to simply disable homestead as mentioned in the bug thread.
