is it possible to pillars to snap to the corner of a foundation on the foundations level, so not sitting on the foundation but alongside it in the corner?

i've changed the GameUserSettings.ini

[SuperStructures]
NoFoundationsRequired=true
RemoveFloorRequirementFromStructurePlacement=true
AdditionalSupportDistanceInFoundations=4

but none of these options seem to have changed anything as it's still red whenever i try to snap a pillar on the corner and it still says No Ground or Snap Point
