Zero SS engrams are linked to any boss battle. This would break the mods "stackable" status and conflict with any other mod making similar boss battle changes.

You must unlock them yourself. To do so you must have learned the prerequisite engram and be at the required level. Both of which are documented on the SS page of the ark wiki.

Yes, I am at the correct level and have learned the prerequisite engrams. Not sure why it does not open.

One of the people on our server said I needed to do a mindwipe and unlock the SS engrams before leveling. He said it is a known bug for SS.

I did the mindwipe and opened just the SS Tek engrams and now I am good to go. I hope they can fix this bug.

The engrams are handled by the vanilla game. So it's not a "known" bug is SS per se.

But honestly ark is a hot mess of bugs lol. A mind wipe is a standard troubleshooting step for any weirdness of engrams not working
