1. You are getting fertiliser and refertiliser mixed up.
2. You are using a mod that adds its own version of refertiliser to the game.
A) All such mods that add dinos/resources should be at the top of your load order. Fix your load order and pickup the hatchery to refresh.
B) The mod has broken class inheritance such that it is not properly detected as refertiliser. Must be fixed by that mod.
