Did you recently add a stacking mod? Stacked meat is a completely separate item to vanilla meat.
Is the stacking mod correctly above SS in the load order?
Symptoms such as this are normally due to having a modded version of the item. They might look and behave the same... But they are not. You then have the dedi configured for one of the items but not the other resulting in this situation.
Also make sure that the dedi was not configured for vanilla meat. Because if it was... Its useless for stacked meat.
Use up all remaining vanilla resources and reconfigure your dedi's to HG stacked items.
No there is no way to tell the difference from the dedi list... You might see duplicate entries of the same item in the list. But its not clear which is the modded version.
