SS Item Collector - not distributing - Bug or missed setting?
First of all thank you so so much to Legend and all those involved in this mod! Loving it to bits!!!! Now I desperately need help. Since the latest updated with the new model and all for the SS Item Collector, I can't get it to distribute poop to Dung beetles.

I have tried re-crafting the SS Item collector new, place the gasoline it and check the settings. I even went and kill the old dung beetles and tame new high level ones. Still not distributing into the dung beetles. I went through the official documentations just in case I must have missed something but yet i can't figure it out. May I missing a setting or two.. or is it a bug?

Please do enlighten me and if this have been discussion somewhere earlier, I do apologise for overlooking it. Please do direct me to it, thanks!!!!:steamhappy:

Do you use any mods that change feces or the dung beetles.
Have you actually activated the collector? You need to turn it on after fueling it.

Have you actually set the collector to collect and distribute poop?

1) No, I do not have any mods that change feces or the dung beetles

2) Yes the collector is activated with gasoline. The new model have this floating ball with electric all around it once activated.

3)Yes it is collecting poop, just not distributing it to the dung beetle. It does distribute to SS compost bin. I just do not know why it is not distributing to the dung beetle.

Here is all the mods I am using (In order of listed priorty order, 1 is the highest and 10 is the least):
1)Super Structures
2)Classic Flyers
3)Awesome Teleporters!
4)Awesome Spyglass
5)Ultra Stacks
6)Upgrade Station v1.8!
7)Creature Finder Deluxe
8) Best Eggs!
9)Additional Lighting
10)EcoTrees

I have went as far as disabling all other mods and do dino wipe. Even with SS alone, poop will be collected but will not distribute to dung beetles.

Can't say it is affecting me. On a side note though, your stacking mod should be at the top of the list.

I am finding that the item collector is not picking up poop from the Vivarium and that the farmer is not pulling Fertilizer to put into the crop plots unless i deactivate and reactivate him. Not sure if this is related. In my case I am running these off the same tek generator not using source fuel.

Guys,

I got the distribution issue solved.. well sort of. First I disabled the SS mod. Then delete the settings in the gamesettings.ini. After that I went to steam and verify game files. Once thats sorted out, I re-keyed the settings I want in the gamesettings. Exactly the same settings as previously, no change. Once in game, I re-enabled SS mod second in priority to Ultra Stack mod as suggested by @zerassar. In game, I destroyed the SS item collector and craft a new one. and boom it works! well again sort of. it finally distribute to the dung beetles but only 4 poop, while the beetles can actual far more. but hey at least I managed to get it to work somehow. Cheers ALL!!!

Hijacking threads isn't cool. I'd suggest joining the author of SS discord and asking there. As a former member of their staff team though... I suspect what you seek isn't possible

Collected the fertilized egg and it became normal and this is not the last bug of this ♥♥♥♥ mod, it is better to use S+
