Eye of magnus should recharge your staffs/recharge hp ad magic and stamina

Like someone said before, it should refill your HP/Mana and Staff, think this would be the best option.

I think it would be cool if you had a greater power called channel the eye, or something like that. It would just give you more magicka/magicka regeneration, and make your spells more powerful for 60 seconds. That seems realistic to me, but simultaneously, I think it would be unballanced, unless you made it consume a daedra heart or something. And then it just sucks. The other idea seems excellent, but I somehow feel like it should do more. Remember when Arcano had the eye he was exceedingly powerful. Giving you that power is obviously broken, but re-charging just seems trivial.

what about refilling staffs and weapons so you don't need to use soul gems, or maybe it increases the amount soul gems refill when at the eye. make sure to have it accesible after the psijics take it like maybe they move it to the arch mages armory.
ancano was probably using a special spell to refill hp/mp

The eye could act as another one of the soul stones and it gives regen to MP and a larger MP pool. Or a slight buff to damage like 5% more destruction dmg

maybe a power were once a day u dnt take any damage for 5 seconds, because ancano had something of that sort, but only take lets say magic damge....

you should be able to click on it and when you do you schould teleport to like inside a soul gem or something like inside azuras star and there is like a huge arena where you can see creatures and humans and stuff fight or you can fight them and you have like a croud of ghosts or something that sit and watch the fight so you're not alone

make it like a blessing of one of them shrines, that increases your mana and or mane regen, or maybe reduce cost of your spells

I believe it should have the same affect on you as it did ancano ou are invincible from all magic spells dragon shouts for a week skyrim time passes fast

permenet passive mana regen

Passive Mana Regen, Unlimited Charge, Active Power that charges other Enchanted Weapons, and maybe make it so that each cast is a different element, just my opinion. Maybe steal magicka as well :/
