Otherside is basically a game over. There's no way out besides restarting at either gm_voidplaces or whichever map you were on before you fell into the Otherside.

What could happen after otherside?

I don't know, it lets us explore the map and unlock a few rooms that are locked in the beginning so I thought there will be another exit to the next map

There is no next map, otherside is meant to be the “bad ending” basically. If you fall into one of the many pits in the void maps you’ll likely end up in otherside. It’s just a way of the maps saying that you got a game over.

make sure you are subscribed to gm_voidplaces on the workshop. also try the console command "mat_specular 0" which will disable reflections
