I started a new character, and noticed that NPCs don't move when they should. Literally the first guy to give you a quest (dude with his horse) won't do so.
That's a game breaker. I managed to get to the Spartan camp, but the guard dude who tells me to kill Nessus... well, he won't. I think I might be able to just kill Nessus and the quest would update, but I am not sure. Plus I don't want to invest hours just to hit a dead end somewhere.
Yeah for some reason it breaks some of the npcs but if for example you killed nessus, the quest would update and you'd be able to talk to the guard to get into leonidas. You just have to go AHEAD first. From what I've seen none of the essential ones are breaking to a point where you can't progress.
And unfortunately at this time I don't know if there's really a way to fix it, but I'm looking into it.
Maybe take a look at other mods that change the player's appearance? That's how I usually learn about modding in other games, TES for example. Poke at someone elses scripts and get to know how they work.
