I have the same issue, even with all other mods disabled and only shaders and underpass on, the issue remains. Also, when the exclamation point is placed (it is treated like a building), and an entrance next to it, and the station is finalised, a popup appears saying 'Shader error'... maybe that has something to do with it... help would be greatly appreciated.
