I tryed Solve that issue. I think that steam just stuck you at old version where that bug occurs.
Try unsubscribe and Subscribe again.

I'm not using the mod through subscription since I'm not playing the game through Steam, I'm downloading it as a full library as it is uploaded onto workshop and putting it into my /mods folder (which is identical to subscribing as far as I'm aware, but allows me to access to it offline also). And after re-trying just now, the same error appears on loading the save for the first time in the instance. Would be very weird if it's not something that pops up if the mod is used through the steam's subscriptions. Granted I also run a game with 120 mods, but I've manually made patches and changed/generated files to make everything work with eachother for all the mods that I've seen need it, and this is literally the only error left in my installation.

If you could, tell me which filepath to look for that even creates this error, maybe I'll figure something out on my own side, since I don't even have a clue what exactly is causing it, other than the trinket name.

Unsubscribe, have sure that there is no bloat in subscribed list (aka wait and check), and then subscribe again.

There seems to be an issue with the Infested Idol trinket, it heals 50 stress instead of 3-5.

It seems that i stumbled upon a very strange problem regarding drop of some of his trinkets:
My first problem is Ulogs Head, i spend a lot of time trying to get this trinket, but it doesn't drop ho matter what, i was surprised that it existed, because i got 200 weeks, and all modded collector heads, and had Bloat since very beginning and here i am almost at 300 weeks without head, i looted so many secret rooms and killed so many collectors, that i won't believe it is just my bad luck.Second thing is his death loot:Steam page hints, that his death gives something aside from divine fever, i was fairly interested in this drop, so i found some poor level 1 fat man and murdered him in the ruins, finished fight and got nothing... I was fairly disappointed and asked about this drop in Moonlit Dungeon, after i was told that he drops trinket i killed two more Bloats and still got nothing...
I absolutely don't know that could cause it, so i am thinking this is something in the mod itself, maybe it's BC release echo...

It was caused by misspell in 2 buffs.
Now head and fetish should spawn properly.

I finally got time to try the "Red Rot" trinket again and now my game crashes whenever Bloat attacks with the trinket equipped. I retreated from combat to remove the trinket and start the fight again and Bloat attacks no longer crash the game.
I also tried in different dungeons and against different enemies and the same thing happened.
