Have you looked at the demo mission?

I got it working, It seems as though single player and small AO sizes are no no's. Also you should make the sourounding teams respond to a patrol or a downed aircraft

Do you plce 2 factions one for each side in different areas or what - I think I missing a readme or something.

It isn't a mission system, it's a tool to fill up the map (though there is an optional mission generator). You can place as many faction modules as Arma can handle.

There is a readme in the mod folder or you can download a zip with it from my Patreon.

I can not find and run a demo mission

I'm having some troble with the mission generator when i run the mission on dedicated server. It does not generate any missions even if I require it with the interaction
When I test the mission on my arma 3 directly it works,,,,only on dedicated does not works
