Bug Report: Incorrect crafting bill slider
Crafting of the laser weapons and the salvage laser weapon, with the exception of the laser sword, are governed by intellectual skill in the "Allowed" slider instead of crafting.

Couldn't figure out why my researcher with some crafting skill kept going over there with the slider set to like 14... turns out she's the only one that actually can...
