I know it says you can either do it from the hip and headpouch, but absolutely NEITHER OF THEM works for me. I literally try so hard to do it, literally every time I bring it to my hip it just stays there, floating in midair. The headpouch doesn't work and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated trying to figure this out.

What do you do??
