First off, not sure how to trigger the quest without just waiting so I can't really double check it easily. But the bug is that when a Reunion quest is triggered; all the details are [fill in name] here.

So it would say something like [Pawnsname] is calling you to join [Colonyname] while being chased by [Faction]

If it helps and I'll do a bit of testing, this is happening when I have negative relations with all factions. At least that's when I noticed the empty details. I'll check with a normal set up and see.
