Order of returns
I have a bit of colonists that I've set to be allies in the world, but I don't know if the mod has an order to who comes back first. Like in the prepare carefully screen does it go down the world tab of colonists or does it randomly select someone from the list every so often, or is it that every colonist is randomly given a number of days till they become available.

The mod chooses a random ally from the list every time it decides to spawn an event. The event itself is triggered every X number of days, where X is a random value between the min and max in the mod settings.
