immortal pawns with asthma
so my main pawn got asthma when he got to a certain age, even though he is immortal. will the immortality fix his asthma after some time? or do i gotta find another immortal and harvest its lungs?

i realized after typing this that i could probably just remove one of his lungs and wait for it to regrow before taking out the other one

i think only greater immortals can regrow organs
