check the config to see the hp that regen at each level of immortality, needs to be equal or better then the hp of the part regenerating. altho vital organs are an exception, heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys, grow back on rez.

looks like default hp for greater immortal is 20, i think ear is less so something else is wrong
