What to do with severed heads and Brain Stew?
So after killing an immortal and beheading them, I got a severed head, which is different than I'm used to, but ok, there was an option to eat it, so I did, but the immortal severity (seen with debug mode) didn't move, same with brain stew, am I doing something wrong?

Edit: I also noticed that whenever I behead a normal immortal, I get a lesser immortal severed head

My understanding is that you're supposed to gain immortality from it, not enhance it. I can't figure out what the chances are though, because after consuming several heads, mostly lesser with a couple greater, I still can't see immortality in debug mode.

Edit: After consuming about 20-30 heads, one of my pawns gained the hidden immortal hedif. about half of the heads were lesser immortals.

You can set the probability for that in the options. For lesser heads its like 2 percent default IRC
