11 years passed when this came out.
im not sure if the owner is even alive.

because of this, the map stayed alpha for a long time.
its sad. dear developer, if you're here, for you
and for this community, let me remaster
this map for once, in my own way.

update: i looked up to its files. i dont know which part of it is ovi's city
but i could work on it after my first project. its not much worth to update currently.
