You need to keep your influence on a planet at 4 or above.
The other thing I can think of is did you get a quest to build 2 labor camps and forgot to sell them afterwards? Labor camps also have -2 influence.
ooooooooh. I forgot revolt was a feature. I should of seen this coming when I built two tax buildings there lol. I completely forgot about that mechanic XD XD. I wanted to control Onderon with an iron fist (dont ask me why) so I made it into a slave planet, making a labor camp and two tax buildings.
