Sorry if this has been answered, but are the hammer and thread consumed upon crafting an item? Trying to get an idea of how many source orbs I will need for the whole set.

You need to combine the needle and thread together.

There are some missing recipies for some of the different weapons that are shown on the mod page where can i find them?

there is no recipie to craft Gungnir or Lazarus just to cycle between the two how do i obtain either of them?

Fancy Dagger (Death's Mercy) is the variant of Death's Kiss. Combine it with Magical Pincers. The recipe can be found in the discussions "Recipe - Variant Weapons"
