Nah, the reusable hazard mask does more or less what the gas mask does and is learnable on any map, except that it may not remove damage in the swamp cave entirely.

I'm okay with the Island swamp cave being the only thing that needs a special vanilla hat. Besides, that means I don't have to keep answering bug reports on the missing mesh.
