How do you run this after download from workshop???? So many in workshop have you load a
map like 'map bm_ravenholm_town', but some don't, and it's frustrating.
I subscribed to this map and it shows in workshop in the BM menu system, but
there is no obvious way to run it, and there is no way in the workshop list of subscriptions
to run it either. Are we supposed to the download directories, c:\bin\Steam\steamapps\workshop ?
