It really shouldn't matter, but put this mod after Vanilla Expanded and Android Tiers. Let me know if it works.
I was looking into the .xmls of those mods a bit after that and I actually have a problem finding what mod is bringing 'ATTP_AndroidPodBase' to the table - I could just have missed it in the files, but I wasn't able to find a reference... o.O
