How many commercial centre?
I really like this concept but have a question: how many commercial centres/industrial complexes appear in a new game? I just started one and there's only one of each on the whole map. I know I can build another, but it costs $25-million, way too expensive in 1850. Is there a way to control the numbers off the top?

At the start of a new game you will typically have 1 commercial centre and 1 industrial park. Probably they will not be at the location you preferred, but that is the game. Find the opportunities to get things going. And little by little you'll build a lucrative network. And one day, you will be able to build your own commercial centres. But these things are made EXPENSIVE, so the start of the game is not just plop down and get the cash from shipping easy connections. No, you have to invest, plan, and have goals and incentives to work towards. Anticipation is half the fun! ;)
