I have all required content such as addons and games, but stations and mileposts are all missing textures, for example, heres a pic snapped of Deep River Landing.

I really hope you can figure this out as this RR is one of my favorite IRL, and I rode it back in the summer of 2018 behind the #40 and also the river aboard the Becky Thatcher and fell in love with the line immediately.

forgot to add the folder containing all the model textures, just updated it

Installed every game and add-on given. The file contains screenshots of every missing asset I could find.
