How to change the damage of the awp on a dedicated server?
Every time I put its damage below 100, the awp, nade and AK stop showing up in the traitor menu. Any help is much appreciated.

as of now its not possible, i need to add convars that let people change damage values at some point. sorry pal

Im changing the damage parameter the gma file in notepad ++ and then ftping it to my server. I looked at unpacking the file but that only seems to contain things like textures and whatnot. Im new to doing this sort of thing so I hope im not being totally dumb

editing the gma file directly wont do anything, you could use gmad.exe to extract the gma which will give you all the lua files for the weps along with a few textures. then you could edit the awps dmg directly in that file and ftp it to your server. if you ftp the addon to your server directly, make sure the server isnt trying to download the normal version from the workshop though

Interesting, when I changed the damage of the ak directly in the gma file that actually worked. Ill try extracting the file like you suggested.
