Small Update - 3.4.1
~Fixed localization issues with Russian translation

~Changed add/remove 100 offsite factories to 20 which is the new cap for the game

~Fixed compatibility to work with Old World Blues

You could have just change the cap for factories to something higher.

Editing specific game values would make the mod not compatible with other mods that edit values like RT56/Millennium Dawn/etc.
