HOW TO STOP THE SHERMAN BOUNCING (FIXED)
While in server, press Q to open the UTILITIES MENU>SERVER SETTINGS>ADMIN> and at the bottom of the page you should see PHYSICS INTERACTIONS, you need to set this slider to 10.
This SHOULD fix the problem

This worked for me and most others, it doesn't look like the creator is going to do anything about the bug though this is the most reliable solution.

Idk if I'm blind or smth but I can't find the server settings somehow.

Yo nice it actually worked, on the shermans, jumbo, T35 and french tanks!
