For some reason after some time passed (i dont really know what it causes but it gets fixed after map restart) Shells become really slow and when it hit tanks it cannot penetrate from anywhere of it. HEAT shells works fine.

Edit: HEAT shells are also slow but still penetrates like 150 mm (depends on the tank/gun)
