do you use any mod for faster research?

I used toolpack but that can't boost research. so i'm kinda confused

well research speed anyway. it can boost research slots

This is anticheat against faster research if you're playing a country with medieval tech and the research speed is higher than -145%. Thank DShakey for that.

Why in the name of god would you put a anti-cheat into a hoi4 mod.

Why would you tamper with mod's files to lower the research penalty? To easily crush other medieval nations, which also get tanks and planes while still having medieval tech? Where's fun in that?
