This happened with mods that changes or tweaks factions in the game, thsi happend to me with heirs of the north. so my guess is that the problem isnt within this mod.

Happens to me near the black hand ship and the surrounding camps in that area, but I have a bunch of mods, might not just be your mod alone

this is definitely a faction change/tweak effect, as it also tends to happen to bearers even without BMW on a server.

I found a dead Nordheim Worker Thrall, and another Darfari worker thrall actively being attacked by the Black Hand in the Region of the Black Galleon and all the surrounding camps that spawn Bearers. Bearers seem to be left alone, but workers are attacked immediately on spawn. I'm using Age of Calamitous which includes factions, so it would be keeping with the pattern in regards to Faction changes. It appears that somehow the workers are not being recognized as belonging to the faction they are spawning with.
