you don't need to use all four, by the way. i only used the paper piece and the board inside the tent.

I stealthed it as a civvy. Nobody was in that important area.

There is a piece of paper on ground outside the tent as well. It should be said that the interaction reticle is pretty small so you need to be very accurate for the things you look at

Yes, it is damn easily to be fair, as the there is hardly any army or cops about. Make sure you do it fairly quick, and leave with the boat or take the armored truck if you are staying on the island, as army brings in reinforcements and bridge is closed and guarded by a military gunned vehicle, so you cant get across. even in armored vehicle. ------ You must deliver the papers back to the boss up in the mountains, they are in that office in warehouse, dont forget to pick them up

How do you take photos? I'm not seeing an icon pop up when i look at intel up close.

It's a hold action when you see it. When the action finishes, it "takes a picture".
Just find the items and interact with it like you would normally. The photo is just a special effect.

Got the docs, but no action is available when I come to Miller. Nothing at all. After loading the saved game the docs missed from my inventory and it seems there is no way to complete the task(
