I tried to delete config file but deleting didn t worked. Excatly how can ı handle this?

In my case I deleted but the campaing was still not visible, anyways it was fixed cause when I pressed on prologue I could actually start a campain with the mod. Hope it works for you too.

To get the mod to work, you have to change the game language to English:

1. Locate the game in your list of games.
2. Right click on the game name and select properties.
3. Click on the language tab and select English.

in my case, I changed the language from Spanish to English and the mod worked perfectly.
