Family Tree
Hello, I don't know if it's a problem with the mod or with the game, but it never happened to me in base game and haven't found any problem like this on forums. So my king died as Flanders and had quite some children, his heir takes the throne (everything is still ok), but then I married of the wife, of my deceased king and mother of the actual king, to an English noble and can't see my family tree anymore. I only see a little tree that exist of the father of the deceased king, his daughter, his daughter-in-law (lady I married to English noble) and their husbands. I'll see if I can link an image.

In Vanilla there are some problems when female family members which are not in direct connection to the family (bastard or adopted) marry again. And I had 2 collapses of the Family Tree in Vanilla without using any mod.

Well if you stop playing, keep the save and try to play one or 2 more turns. If the familly tree do not come back go back to the turn before you gave the widow out of family and let her untouched. I hope that you have saved every turn. This is important if you play a new map.

Well you should do it. I do it in every campain, never mind what I am playing. After the campaign I delete all. But it is very important if you test an alpha version. Good luck for your further gameplay!

Btw do you know why there are no mercenaries in the mod?

But this should be the answer for your question: Mercenaries: A few factional mercenaries are implemented but the rest will be implemented in the near future.
