Hello! Just a quick suggestion that would make this item a better fit for the game in my opinion.

Instead of having the fingers revealed and be skin textured, it'd be funnier to have them still in the black latex glove. It'd suit better the idea that the pyro is a deadly ennemy, but still he doesn't know how to properly put gloves on. It would also keep the mystery of who the pyro is, which is a core aspect of it's design, no one knows who that guy is.
Also heads up for the work you did so far, it's very well done!
