It'll work for custom survivors, provided they have a ragdoll mesh.
You shouldn't worry about it, because most custom survivors reuse the existing ragdoll or have their own version.

It was just a playthrough for about 25 seconds whereas the OP died by the tank using the car, making him fly away as ragdoll
