Updated PHS to automatically generate a file at GarrysMod/garrysmod/data/phs_playermodel_health.txt if it doesn't already exist. Existing files on a different path won't be used, so please edit this file and then restart Garry's Mod or use the phs_restart command.

Apologies for not having it work this way to begin with, I wasn't actually expecting anyone other than myself to use this! Hopefully this will work for everyone now.
