Hello, you can get the administrator sword and the enderpearl in the admin room of each maps (Oasis and Pandemic).
To use the Enderpearl you have to hold it straight and press trigger, it will spawn a portal that you can get in. To change the location you want to teleport to, simply press trigger with your other hand on the small block of the enderpearl :)
