From spawn, go through the village, into the mines, into the mineshaft, into the Nether. You have to kill the golem there that spawns as well, but you get a scythe which is cool. I don't know about pack-a-punching the bows or swords, but I think the answer is no.

Yes you cannot pack a punch sword and bow yet, I might change it someday but I don't really have any "enhance" of swords/bow since they already are powerfull. Thanks for your sub btw, I added you to the list :)

And yeah, so to get the Pack-a-Punch you first gotta buy village, Then buy the tower, Defeat the boss, pull the lever up, buy the cave buy the lobby cave, Then buy the mineshaft/explored cave and then buy the fork, Then you see three doors to open, Buy the nether one, Go in, defeat the boss and then you see the Pack-A-Punch machine, you put for example the LMG there and pack and press grip, You need 4000 points to pack-a-punch
