There is the Patreon Bow by the spawn area, so there's that (however, you have to be a Patreon donor), and the bosses do drop bows after they're defeated, just a bit finicky to pick up (that is on my end, since my sensor set up is janky when I first tried it XD).

What bosses drop bows? Pyramid boss and Village boss (AKA Sad villager)

Quick question, how do you use the bow? For me it only lets me shoot. The arrow 1 inch away, doesn't let me draw back the bow

For bows, you hold it on either hand (left or right), and you hold trigger beside the string to summon an arrow. Then, you pull it back and let go of trigger.

I have tried that and it just glitches out, I can summon the arrow but I cannot pull back the string no matter what I try, it just sits there until I release the trigger (playing Pavlov vr on steam index)

Have ya tried using the stuck arrow on a zombie? It should be able to remove that stuck arrow on your bow.

so it does shoot the arrow, only it shoots it 2 inches, it doesnt let me pull back the string at all, is it a valve index issue, a pavlov issue, or a mod issue?

I used the bow, and I managed to pull the string back with no issues on my end. I had to guess that tracking could be an issue, but if it isn't, maybe it's bugged?

Tracking in other games works fine, should it make a difference if I am playing offline?

No, I would not recommend playing Oasis offline.
