Mysterious log entries
I found the following entries in the SpaceEngine/system/se.log file:

[MT] "Z:\home\softish\.steam\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\314650\1930061434/catalogs/planets/Zi7ar21's Planetary System.sc" line 27: ERROR: Body "Globalia" has invalid Life Class "Organic/Exotic" [MT] "Z:\home\softish\.steam\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\314650\1930061434/catalogs/planets/Zi7ar21's Planetary System.sc" line 27: ERROR: Body "Globalia" has invalid Life Type "Unicellular/Multicellular" [MT] "Z:\home\softish\.steam\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\314650\1930061434/catalogs/planets/Zi7ar21's Planetary System.sc" line 154: ERROR: Body "Rejall" has invalid Life Class "Organic/Exotic" [MT] "Z:\home\softish\.steam\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\314650\1930061434/catalogs/planets/Zi7ar21's Planetary System.sc" line 154: ERROR: Body "Rejall" has invalid Life Type "Unicellular/Multicellular"

Why would the Life Types be invalid?

Hmmm... I will investigate further, I know life wasn't showing up on some of the planets that I added life to...
