In fact, EDS work great with I enabled other 193 mods.

Most people got traffic "problem" (it's not a problem), that's because you don't set 3 options.

1. This is the key: Global Tab ---> Outside Connection Intensity.
The value is from 0 to 1000. That's about 'Import and Export'. And it means how many truck (van) be allowed to import or export.

0 = 0% (no import or(and) export (after you set no import and(or) export from building with EDS), but supply local)

100= 10% (10% of your all truck(van), for example, your warehouse got 30 truck, 30x10% = 3 truck to export)

1000= 100% (like game default)

2. "Outside Connection Percentage" option. This control the truck (van) 'Capacity' of Import and Export. The value is from 0 to 100.

0 = 0% (truck (van) capacity of loading = 0%)
10 = 10% (truck (van) capacity of loading = 10%)
100 = 100% (truck (van) capacity of loading = 100%)

3. Disable this option "Enable dummy cargo traffic" from mod in game option.

When you finished those settings, you will found truck (van) Import or Export with those percentage and work great.

1). Enable Fix UnRouted Transfer Match
2). Enable Warehouse first
3). Enable Fix Warehouse Spawn and Unspawn position
4). Enable Im/Export prefer to use nearest ship/plane/train station instead of highway.
5). Disable 'All Outside Connections' form 'Outgoing' (if you don't want to import also disable from 'Incoming') from Enhanced District Services mod.
6). Set 'Supply Reserve' in Enhanced District Services mod, the value to
100 means: 100% to supply local city and you can't export.
50 means : a half to supply local city and other half to export.
10 means: only 10% to supply local city and 90% to export.
And so on. (Don't forget to reclick 'All Local Areas' after you set 'Supply Reserve')

If you use "More Effective Transfer Manager" with Enhanced District Services mod, you can set 'Outside Connection Intensity' to 1000, and 'Outside Connection Percentage' to 100. Because "More Effective Transfer Manager" mod fixed the bug of 'Supply Reserve' of Enhanced District Services mod, without "More Effective Transfer Manager" mod, the 'Supply Reserve' function of Enhanced District Services mod not work whatever you set the vaule form 100 or 1.

If you want slow down produce of Commercial and Industrial, enable 'Reduce cargo amount'. And this mod fixed the bug of Enhanced District Services mod. When the truck sending and back to warehouse, truck will restore the undelivered goods in the warehouse. Without Real City mod, truck dosen't restore.

1. BIG PROBLEM! Mod need to use "Harmony 2", because sometime the 'data save' function is broken. When you loading a game, all setting of buildings gone and back to default, and you need reset all of them. That's make crazy!!! If you got so many Industry buildings!!

2. EDS need add 'Outside Connection Intensity' and 'Outside Connection Percentage' for each single building itself. That's because like warehouse, it's not all warehouse want to use same percentage for Import and Export. And the golobal setting will affact service building like police, hospital, fire station, garbage and others.

3. Can mod add control import and export setting for all type and each buildings of Commercial(Standard, Specialized) and Industrial(Standard, Specialized) whatever game self or custom assets.

Because for now, Commercial(Standard and Specialized) and Industrial(Standard, Specialized), they import or export goods automatic, and the mod can't got a setting to stop or control that.

So, if mod can add a setting for each buildings of them (like a Icon for each and control single one or more), also to a district (when you check district name will see in information window), you can set any number of those buildings to import or export.

After that, you will got realy full control.
