You're right. But the more divisions I add, the more assets it'll need and a lot of them are part of those western DLCs, sadly. Furthermore, Eugen changed their way of locking and implementing units in relation to how files are working with each other, compared to SD1. That explains that for mods which are like a Total Overhaul like Red Storm, that you'll need all assets to make it work.
