You can't. Only creator of JMod can add a recipe.

You can i have heard of people adding custom recipes before. Join the discord and ask someone called kekbox he made a few custom recipes for his server

I found the config at one point by going into file explorer, selecting this PC, typing Jmod into the search, waiting 24 hours, and scrolling through the provided list. I didn't know how to properly edit it at the time without possibly breaking it, so I left it alone, but I think if you know the "ent" name of the item you're trying to add as well as the in-config names for the required components you want you can just simply follow the format of the other crafting recipes to add it. I'm going to try it at some point and then I'll get back to you with more details. P.S. At the top of the addon in the steam workshop where the slide show is, it briefly shows what the config format should look like. Might be helpful.
