Sounds like you downloaded Jmod and Jmod Legacy at the same time, or you downloaded another addon, which Jmod doesn't like. You can fix that by typing "jmod_reloadconfig" and then "kill" into the console (without quotes of course). Unfortunately, you need to do that everytime, when you reopen the map, or you open a different map. SO it's better to find out, which addon is conflicting with Jmod.

Like i try running it without addons, it works. With new addons too. But when i enable all addons, it isn't work.

GMod has LUA limit, so I think that you have too many addons to let all of them normally work.
