how do i configure the decrease of movement speed when wearing armor? i put on the heaviest armor possible, and my character could barely move, which is pretty overkill. can i make it so wearing armor doesn't decrease movement speed as much?

there should be a console command or i might be competely stupid. i know a addon that adds a armor config console cmd, try checking for jmod stalker armor mods.
