idk if you can get it randomly but if you activate the bioweapon canister then you can get the jmod virus. to heal just use the auto field hospital

i've booted up jmod and played with chemicals and bombs and all of the such thousands of times and never once have i gotten it.

hover over them and then click enable

you can get the virus by going into anywhere that is dirty so an example would be if you fell into the dirty water in gm_bigcity or as @[KB]KEKSQUAD said you can get infected if you walked into sludge so if you dont want to get infected stay away from dirty water and sludge
