Ive tried
It basically exists to force people into buying from steam only, if they want mods. It kills off other modding platforms as well as other distribution platforms.
Why you would choose to support such a ugly business model is strange and very head scratching.
Plus you dont support a greedy mega corporation like steam and people who didnt buy from steam get to play the mods u make.
Win win rly, only steam greed looses.
You are "distributing" voice lines recorded by you. You arent using in-game models for anything external. So what you are saying makes no sense.
To me at least it seems you are trying to throw what ever excuse to not upload for none-steam players. Maybe you are getting steam money on the side to promote their platform and punish none-steam users. Who knows...
